▪ With your hands on your hips, stand upright on a firm surface with your weight supported on your stronger leg. Place the sole of the other foot against the knee of your supporting leg. Close your eyes and ask a partner to time how long you can maintain your pose.
You may need to sway and shift to maintain balance, but the timing should stop as soon as you move your supporting foot.
