Fact of the Day : Which piece of music is nicknamed the Frog Quartet? (from The Oxford Companion to Music)

‘Frog’ Quartet (Froschquartett). Nickname of Haydn's String Quartet in D major op. 50 no. 6 (1787), which has a ‘croaking’ theme in the finale.
