In an effort to improve student understanding of library functions, we are changing some terms:
Reference Desk to Research Desk.
Circulation Desk to Service Desk.
Reference Librarian to Research Librarian.
Reference Collection to Research Collection.
General Collection to Book Collection.
Media Collection to Film Collection.
Students, if you have questions about a paper you are working on, or have a general question related to research, go to the Research Desk and ask the Research Librarian. If the Research Librarian cannot find an answer on the Internet, they may find the answer in our Research Collection .
If you want to check a DVD out from our Film Collection, or a book from our Book Collection take it to the Service Desk.
