Demo of Yocum Library's New Scanning Equipment
Today, from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m., the Yocum Library staff will demonstrate its scanning equipment during a FAST (Faculty and Staff Training) Session. The scanning equipment is located at the end of the large bank of computers across from the Service Desk in front of the windows.
The library has a touchscreen unit that makes scanning book pages, documents, and even photos quick and easy. If you need to prepare materials for uploading in ANGEL or Canvas or have a drawer of old family photos, stop by for the demo. If you can’t make it tomorrow, let us know when you can come and we will show you then.
STUDENTS: While this session focuses on training faculty and staff, you can also use the equipment. If you're not sure how and need assistance, just ask any library staff member and we'll be happy to show get you started with it.
