Women’s History Month is an annual celebration of women’s contributions to history, culture and society. It has taken place in the month of March every year since 1987.
According to The National Women's History Project, the 2016 theme is "Working to Form a More Perfect Union: Honoring Women in Public Service and Government." Join us here on The Yocum Library's Social Media as we honor women who have made a difference in our world: internationally, nationally, and locally.
